I only collect information you voluntarily provide through:

I use no cookies and no identifier that could recognise you between visits or follow you to other sites.

I do measure, in aggregate, which pages get visited, so I know which content is useful. For that I use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool. It records the page visited, where the visit came from, the country, language, browser, operating system and screen size, plus clicks on the contact and WhatsApp buttons. It does not store your IP address, does not build a profile of you and cannot identify you. It is less than any web server already records to answer a request. Umami is an external provider processing that data on my behalf; beyond that it is shared with nobody and never sold.

If you would rather not appear even in that aggregate count, visit any page on this site with ?umami=off at the end of the address and I stop counting your visits in that browser.

3. How I Use Your Information

The information you provide is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your message or inquiry (contact and quote forms).
  • Prepare for and hold the video call you book.
  • Follow up on potential collaboration or project opportunities.
  • Display your review/testimonial on the website (review form only).

I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

I retain your contact information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain a professional relationship. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting me directly.

5. Third-Party Services

This website uses third-party services for form handling, call booking, hosting, and communication (for example, Resend, Cal.com, Netlify, WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, Inc.).

The calendar on the contact page is provided by Cal.com. The details you enter when booking go to Cal.com directly and are handled under its own privacy policy.

6. Government & Law Enforcement Requests

If I receive a request for your personal data from a government authority, law enforcement agency, or court, I review its legality before taking any action, challenge it if it's unlawful or overly broad, disclose only the minimum information necessary to comply, and keep a record of every request and the response given. I never share data with authorities voluntarily, and I notify you beforehand whenever the law allows it.

  • Access the personal data I hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for any data processing at any time.
